Port Sudan Container Terminal remains heavily congested. All calls to the Port are made by Common Feeder Service vessels who are feedering main line vessels over Jeddah Port first. Only 2 of the major steamship lines directly call at the Port Sudan terminal directly, and this is infrequent (ever 60 days +-). Congestion and delays in import formalities to be expected.
