JO to LB only possible via Syria. Syrian border at Masnaa is closed but border opening at Abboudieh LB/SY in the North of country. Bekaa Valley, South Beirut & South Lebanon local road access is not secure. Import operations at Beirut Port / Tripoli port said to be normal. Import cargo arriving by air has 5 days free storage, thereafter is charged USD 0.09c/day unless waived.
