Kenya Import Regs
Effective 1st July 2025, all consignments imported into Kenya must be accompanied by a Certificate of Origin (COO) issued by a competent authority in the exporting country.
To support a smooth transition, KRA has provided a grace period until 1st September 2025 to allow importers time to comply and secure the necessary documentation.
