AFQ EQ: Commercial air cargo access from Dubai & Turkiye into Kabul. Possible to route cargo via ISB Pakistan & then overland into AFG. Commercial air charter also exists. Cargo cannot be part-cleared in Kabul, if sent via one x AWB. A local Afghanistan agent may require to be nominated to perform clearance on behalf of a local consignee.
