Yemen ACD
As of February 1st an Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) is mandatory for all sea freight shipments into Yemen regardless whether it will be final destination YE or not. This is similar to the ACID declaration regime followed by Egypt. The certificate must be obtained from the port of loading by shipper, exporter or freight forwarder.
