Commercial flights with both pax and cargo aircraft are seen to have landed at Valencia/VLN/SVVA Airport. As of 0830UTC, no commercial flights have yet landed at Caracas/CCS/SVMI which is the main international airport gateway. Runway 10R is closed under NOTAM but they have other runways. Cracks & damage to runways reported. Handling capacity – TBC.
