Humanitarian aid flows into Hungary/Romania and Poland to assist with refugee situation. Availability of bonded warehouse & storage is an issue. Consigning aid to a locally registered NGO will void a shipment of duties & taxes but availability of NGO/non profit consignees is also an issue. Formal humanitarian corridors are being discussed.
