Latakia Port (LTK/Syria) is open and there are possibilities for direct sailings from the West. The US Exec Order of 30 Jun officially terminated Syrian sanctions program, including to revoke several previous orders of Caesar Act. Some remaining sanctions are still in force for individuals/entities linked to previous regime, ISIS, Human-rights abuses and trafficking.
