Syria: DAM airport is said to be in process of rehabilitation. Some international flt ops have resumed. Qatar Airways/QR operating DOH/DAM sector , unknown ops with Syrian Air (national flag ops). There is road access from Beirut/LB to Syria , shipments to Syria do appear able t0 be sent via Lebanon in transit if humanitarian / exempted from sanctions.
