Mersin Port is currently best port for entry into Syria via TR. AFAF, TRC are permitted to make customs formalities for origin TR or transit TR aid shipments to Syria. Any international Humanitarian Organisation authorised by TR Gov can also move cargo in transit via TR. Cargo can only be moved on Turkish truck as far as the border buffer zone, thereafter SY consignee has to arrange transport inside SY
