Cross-border trucking from Chad to Sudan POSSIBLE into Darfur region. For medical aid – Sudan side requires authorization to import medicines from MOH stating that medical items imported to the named NGO. The local NGO receiver has to certify to Sudanese authorities that goods are not commercial goods. The NGO transmits this to Sudanese authorities in El Geneina.
