Sri Lanka Flooding
Sri Lanka floods (1)/Cyclone Ditwah: LK Gov has requested international assistance (UNOCHA). Flt ops into CMB are per normal. Main access roads to Colombo are mostly cleared, some waterlogging. No major closures on primary airport access highway and access to suburbs is possible. Colombo seaport operations are ongoing but with congestion due to weather backlogs. Inland roads from ports have pockets of flooding.
