Commercial flight service to GUM now fully resumed. Barge services between Guam port and Northern Marianas are possible. Flights remain cancelled into other islands Rota/Saipan/Tinian, except for military/EVAC/aid. Limited aircraft handling facilities in these airfields. Main Deck loader in SPN unavailable. Ramp aircraft are said to be en-route to area to assist in shuttles between islands for oversized equipment.
