DZA Airport appears operational but being restricted to french gov / defense civile flights. Closed for commercial flights. Airline Air Austral has started French gov fights between Paris and Saint Denis de la Reunion for transporting aid workers & equipment.  French gov Dash8 securite civile flts also seen to be operating in airspace. Reunion is fully open and acts as logistics base. Ocean freight service between Reunion and Mayotte is operating, Mayotte port is operational apparently with cranes.
