Priority Worldwide begins expansion into East Africa

Priority Worldwide, a global logistics company with its headquarters in Baltimore USA has recently begun its planned expansion into key East African markets.

The company has recently opened its offices in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania which marks their first office in East Africa.  The plan is to quickly follow suit by opening further offices in the region.

The new office in Tanzania opened on 17th June 2024 and our first employees have already begun their induction into the company. Tanzania is a large and growing economy in East Africa with considerable resource development opportunities, as well as being a major sea-port gateway into landlocked East and Central Africa.

Priority Worldwide opened our first Sub-Saharan Africa office in Mali in 2012 and has since grown our office network to 8 counties in Western & Central Africa. Many of our original employees are still with us today and we are excited to begin our growth into East Africa as well.

Marc Laroche, Africa Regional logistics manager commented :

We are ready and excited for a new challenge in East Africa.  Not only is Tanzania a direct import/export destination but is also a key gateway to countries in the region. We anticipate working widely with our group-wide partners in government, humanitarian and industrial sectors.

The company’s Tanzanian office can be reached at the following co-ordinates:
