Understand that Yangon airport has a landing weight restriction of 230Tons which would limit payload performance of largest cargo aircraft. Procedure to land charter aircraft in RGN will require diplo/MOFA involvement. Understood further that Naypyitaw (NYT) & Mandalay Airport (MDL) are functioning under restricted basis, open only in daytime for smaller aircraft ops. MDL is international status, but damage reported.
