Procedures for customs/Myanmar import still unclear. Our understanding is that any humanitarian importing to MM must have official permission from gov, likely via some form of diplo channel. Or foreign NGOs may be required to import in the name of a local MM partner organization, registered in country. Diplomatic/MOFA or equivalent approval is likely, unless waivers are given (TBC)
