Today is EID in many ASEAN nations.  First commercial cargo flights landed yesterday in RGN.    RGN airport is fully accessible for international flights. NYT and MDL only partially open and for aid/search/military flts with smaller prop aircraft due to damage.  Some gov aid team have landed directly at NYT/Naypyidaw airport…. When & if MDL is to re-open, it is said to have a main deck loader & facilities to handle large freighters.    There is commercial air cargo access BKK-RGN and YUL-RGN on small pax flts & ad hoc freighter services ex BKK.
