TC MELISSA25 (02/11- U15): KIN airport is heavily congested. Lack of warehouse space reported. Delays for JETA1 fuel & aircraft handling reported. GHAs have limited space & requesting consignees to organize immediate collection onwards off airport. Some commercial flts have landed into MBJ/Montego – many still cancelled. Flts into OCJ Ian Flemming with small E75 landed.
