SUDAN (PORT SUDAN) – HAC (Federal Aid Humanitarian Aid Commission) importation approvals are granted for shipments being sent to Port Sudan. However, there are still customs decrees stating that cargo with COO showing Kenya & UAE cannot enter the country without Presidential Decree. This is still highly interpretative.
