Reporting of a deal in Nord Kivu province between DRC gov and M23. For the moment, unclear what changes/affects for the RW/DRC border. As things stand, DRC FERI is still not required to enter DRC (from Goma side) provided there is M23 approval and if enters via Rwanda. For road shipments via Kenya/Tanzania, ROAD FERI and COD documents are required. Can be applied for in East Africa via OGEFREM.
