Access into GOMA from any regional country asides via Rwanda would likely still require a ROAD FERI and COD (Certificate of Destination) document (for road freight deliveries). Whilst imports to M23 / Nord Kivu held part of DRC do not mandate a FERI currently, if imported via Kigali/Rwanda route.
