Ebola outbreak access
WHO’s confirmed Ebola outbreak in Bulape region is in remote area. We understand that trucks cannot access the Bulape area, the only way to access may be by motorbike from Mweka town …. There are internal DRC air cargo connections between FIH and Tshikapa. From Tshikipa to Mweka is possible by truck. From Mweka onwards to Bulape by smaller vehicle / bike. Road access via Kananga is reported to be not very stable.
