WEF 01 October , it has become mandatory for all DRC importers to obtain an OGEFREM “Carte d’Abonnement”. This applies to all importers and consignees involved in Congolese territory. Subscription card costs USD 50 and is requested at OGEFEEM offices or via agents. We understand that Goma & Bukavu may not enforce this due to M23 presence.
