It is now reported that M23 group will charge NGO consignees for letters of import approval into Nord Kivu province. FERI/ECTN and COO are no longer mandatory docs to enter Nord Kivu Province via the main border with Rwanda – but this only applies to NORD KIVU and not rest of DRC .
