Chad Sudan
Memo of 23 Feb by the Chadian govt advises that the border between Chad and Sudan is officially closed. This is due to violations of border sovereignty and violence at the border. Shipments, under humanitarian pretext, are considered able to gain exemptions for crossing into Sudan.
