SAR/USAR flights are also being directed to SVBL/El Liberatador Air base, especially those flights with widebody aircraft. 3170m runway, should be able to handle WB flights. Cargo flights & equipment TBC. The other air base is La Carlota / SVFM closer to Caracas area, but runway is short, so likely only narrowbody or Hercules type aircraft can land.
